“Jesus saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the customs post.
He said to him, “Follow me.”
And leaving everything behind, he got up and followed him. “ (Luke 5: 27-28)

Levi, later called Matthew, is a powerful example of truly responding to the Lord’s call for his life.

How many times has God called us in one way or another? Do we roll over for some more sleep or do we answer with all we’ve got?

Lord, I want to follow You as well. I want to answer Your call for my life. Please show me what You want from me and give me the strength and light to diligently do Your Will.
