January 22 - St. Vincent, deacon and martyr

Jesus came home. Again (the) crowd gathered, making it impossible for them even to eat.

When his relatives heard of this they set out to seize him, for they said, "He is out of his mind" (Mark 3: 20-21).

Christ is a great example of dedication. He was always serving others even if it meant less time to eat. If we all served like Christ did the world would be a much better place.

Christ, help me to go the extra mile and serve even when I’m tired.
